      Decent middle management structure at best

      Cons

      Terrible contract/sales structure Cut throat mentality - leads to understaffing and over burdening of remaining staff Bait and switch VCP (bonus) plan practice - I was brought in with a 10% VCP commitment only to be told 1 yr later that Unisys decided to change the targeted Role codes for VCP and of course my role was not included.

      This was a very negative experience in every aspect. Heartless decisions made by leadership, promotions based on personality rather than skill, no mentorship or career pathing structure or visibility, colleagues who were possessive about information and only respected tenure, closed minded to new ideas.
