      Pros

      As long as you do your job and have good management. They leave you alone and you never hear from anyone.

      Cons

      Old outdated call management programs that take forever to learn and manage. Certification barrier that takes months to complete. Millage is garbage, they use motus.

      Pros

      $13.50 is nice if you want to sign your life away without signing a contract. Do not let the one page application fool you.

      Cons

      The job description says to repair IT problems. You will be trained to spy on the public. In more ways than one. They will try to make you an agent whether you like it or not. Even if you quit they will try to make you an agent and stalk you everywhere that you go. Once you work for Unisys they make sure you ALWAYS work for Unisys. There is no quitting.
