      Pros

      24/7 call center work with some nice people

      Cons

      -Management is lacking on most contracts (we were never informed on shift differential for 2nd shift, so multiple team members lost out on hundreds of dollars over the months) -Don't tell someone their shift is changing without real reasoning because you won't hire more people to the contract

      Pros

      Internal team members still care and want to do what is right for the company. Salary is good as it is competitive in the marketplace.

      Cons

      Revolving door for leadership. Employees are leaving by the masses on their own in addition to getting let go, so consequently this puts additional workload on those still here. Employee morale is horrible now and lots of paranoia.

      Panama schedule allows for long weekends Fairly relaxed working environment

      Cons

      Company has laid people off to the point that you are working with a skeleton crew. If anyone were to leave unexpectedly, it would cause great difficulty for the remaining employees
