Great place to start, but probably not a place to stick around long.
Pros
Great people who love to provide quality service to their customers. A great place to start your IT career. There are some good gem managers at lower levels that mentor and develop their employees.
Cons
Higher-ups and executives are pressed to make cuts, they are overconfident in their actions and seemingly don't (or won't) listen well to their operational management in the field. Many in middle to upper management are overworked, which results in loss of quality management to the employees which ultimately provides no gain in quality service to the customer. Performance reviews, seemed to me, as a check box to the middle-upper management level -- meaningful reviews are scarce to none. Note: There are a few gems in upper to middle management, but again, those folks overworked, which leaves them little to no time to develop and mentor their employees.
