They don't value employees at all. They don't care that their turnover rate is sky high. They'll promise you a lot upfront and not deliver. Good luck getting a raise. Even when you're offered a GURU position with a ton of extra responsibility you still won't get a raise. Their expectations are insane. 13 minute call times for Microsoft issues while handling 3 support messages at the same time? It's not possible. They don't care if they lose good employees. I guess paying for 10 new trainees every month or so is better than appreciating long term employees. Morale is low. Time off requests often go ignored for weeks, but you better answer any message you get immediately or get reprimanded. There's no incentive to be loyal to this company.

Can't believe I stayed over a decade at this company. Always rated highest in my category and 7 years no raises. No coffee anywhere. New management not tech savvy. As soon as you go to another company you realize this company does not respect its employees, as for its quarter after quarter revenue decline. Like being in jail and then you get out. Seriously!
