      Pros

      Great pay! Flexible hours depending on your work ethic.Great co-workers.Great benefits.Friday’s are easy. Co-workers are great.

      Cons

      If students drop it is counted against your yearly evaluation. This is a huge con as it causes you to be written up. There is always students who drop and sometimes it can be overwhelming and stressful.
