      Pros

      I started 2 months ago with Unitech as a MA Instructor. On my first day I felt part of a amazing team! The team is very knowledgeable and welling to share their knowledge to make me successful. Working at Unitech, the paycheck is a bonus for me. I enjoy my day everyday!! I love our students and staffing team!!!

      Cons

      Spending everyday with our students, they finish their course moving on to their next adventures in life with the knowledge and skills they learned here. They became part of my family! Makes me sad but so happy for them.

      Family Oriented Company. Christmas and Birthday Bonus; Uniform & Shoe allowance; Corporate team listens to your concerns and offers their support.

      Pros

      Corporate management is helpful and supportive. There is some room for growth in the company and most promotions happen from within. The owner of the company really relates to the students and comes from a genuine place. Employees are given small bonuses several times throughout the year.

      Cons

      Unless you are upper management, the pay is hardly competitive. The owner doesn't care about her employees as much as she cares about her students. Unitech is quick to fire if you're not performing well.
