      Engaging with new learners every week Opportunity to engage community

      Cons

      Corporate/campus administrations aren't very receptive to innovation Instructors are at the mercy of student satisfaction for irrelevant factors Low pay for workload and even that is contingent upon student factors (outside of academics)

      Administration is horrible. The DOE doesn't have a clue about professionalism.
