      Students poorly qualified and basically "passed through", even though most were not competent enough to even hold a job that they were trained for. God forbid you try to get them to act right in class or get them to try harder...just keep spoon-feeding. If you try to discipline in any way they go to the director and complain and you get fired. All about the #'s and the money. Instructors get ZERO training and orientation, so it's sink or swim.

      I have experienced working in multiple roles for this company ( I refuse to call this place a school)!!!!! The director tries to intimidate you, if you stand up for yourself she will then try to get rid of you, like she did the teacher of the year (MA Instructor), who might I add was the best MA instructor to step foot in the Lake Charles Campus door. I have never worked for a company that was all about enrolling students no matter what the cause might be. The corporate admissions pushes for the admissions rep to enroll even if the person has a criminal background. Knowing that the person would not be able to take a certification exam , which is a waste of their time and money.. Right now this company has 4 out of 8 employees in administration out with COVID-19 and do you think they closed that campus, no because all Deanna cares about is money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENROLL OR WORK FOR THIS PLACE!!!!! You will not have time for your family or any type of life outside of this place
