Pros

They have good benefits and you travel

Cons

You never are home. Management looks at personnel as disposable. After 22 years I took early retirement because of covid. I simply got an email asking for my badge - not even a call from my supervisor. The definition of a replaceable cog in a machine. Hope you like being a number - literally.

Pros

Great destinations. Truthfully, that is it.

Cons

Everything else. You are just a replaceable number to UAL. The union is worthless. Travel benefits are useless because the flights are always overbooked. Even medical benefits has dropped from offering several different companies to only one. So it's either choose to have insurance or not. Aircraft are not being maintained properly and constantly in need of repair or cleanings. I can easily say 75% of employees are not happy with UAL.

The job is amazing as is the company. We call it a full time part time job because you truly have so much time off while experiencing a full time salary

Cons

I love the company so no cons for me!
