Cons
IT shop is completely overrun by Indians (contractors mostly), and that too only from a specific state in that country called Telanngana. They speak their dialect even during meetings and most of them are highly "non-inclusive" , they kinda think and act like they're running some exclusive insider's club.. If you're looking to launch your IT career, here.... DON'T!! Salaries are bottom-barrel, hourly rates even worse, and almost all IT is the hands of the indians who've been the HR gate keepers for many years now. Mostly they only let in their own , which leads to the usual office politics, gossip, back-stabbing and other offensive behavior you won't normally find at other companies. Anyhow, doesn't look like it will change much before I retire. Whatever.
