Pros

Travel while on the job. Traveling with your family on passes, however, is extremely difficult.

Cons

The hardest part is watching senior management rake in millions of dollars while most of the other employees are suffering. Management rules with an iron fist so they can get their bonuses. We have the best route structure in the industry and yet management is squandering it all to fill their pockets.

Pros

benefits!! free travel! You basically work as an independent contractor, you receive an assignment, or bid for an assisgnment, and then you show up to work and fly that trip. There are no reports to turn in, ( unless something goes wrong!) For example, I have not turned in a report in over 2 years! So there is a lot of independance, and you basically have half the month off, its great!

Cons

very impersonal, the management only contacts you when something is wrong! Very little positive feedback from any one in management
