Pros

You will get flight benefit but that is also not confirmed

Cons

The work culture is completely toxic and built on unrealistic expectations. Employees are expected to be available from 10 AM till 12 AM regularly, which is not just unhealthy but outright exploitative. The tech stack is another major red flag. Candidates are hired for modern technologies, but once inside, you’re forced to work on outdated tools like ReadyAPI with Groovy — something that has little to no relevance in today’s market. It feels like a complete bait-and-switch and can seriously damage your career growth. Management is highly incompetent. Most of them lack basic technical understanding and are only there to assign tasks and conduct endless, pointless meetings. There is no real leadership, no ownership, and no direction. What’s even more absurd is that in status calls, internal team members barely contribute, while vendors end up driving discussions and providing updates — clearly showing how disconnected and ineffective the internal team is. Overall, this company is a complete waste of time and energy. If you value your career, skills, or mental health, stay far away.
