      Product Potential is there if competitive products are designed.

      Cons

      The company excessively manages expense that it becomes counterproductive. The company does not manage performance and compensation to retain the good employees. The management team has a tendency to hire non-qualified employees at a low cost and expect them perform a function that are not trained to do.

      Supposedly residuals of up to $100,000 could be earned.

      Cons

      As a new agent to UA, you are asked to pay a fee to work there. There is no base salary. You are only paid if you sell policies. The company does not have a good culture. A member of management harasses based on gender and race.
