Pros

Work from home allows for some flexibility, great salary, fairly structured with regard to what you need to do on the job.

Cons

Difficult if not impossible to get away from the home office Operating procedures in a constant state of change, in so much they were updated several times a week, so daunting to keep up with that.

Pros

I cannot think of any pros to working here. Sometimes, the people are nice.

Cons

Favoritism; No professional growth opportunities provided to internal qualified individuals. It's all about who you know. No structure to processes or procedures; Management is unwilling to change if the idea is not their own.
