There is little opportunity for advancement. Management is horrible. I feel like we are on a plantation. You have a fixed schedule of lunch and breaks. Favoritism is obvious. People quit and the work gets dumped on the employees in addition to adding new duties on top of that. They expect you to work OT and throw around the word "mandatory" overtime. You also have forced calls coming in back to back all day long. They do not care about the workload. It's very stressful. Work two jobs if you have to but stay away from this disorganized place. I can't wait until I leave.
