Great colleagues: motivated, focused on work and not on ego; solidarity Interesting projects Some very good and knowledgeable managers

Cons

Local dictatorial leadership Employees are considered as objects. Their work and committment is not valued. The good managers have no power due to the dictatorial leadership. No real Human Resource function.

Highly complexed and inadequate management, nepotism, favouritism, no clear career path, LIES that are too obvious, little money, micro-managers, people who seem to be appointed in roles randomly, irrelevant training, substantial training not offered at all, unrealistic expectations since all the wrong choices are made
