      Flexible with schedule and wfh Employees are very nice to work with but it’s all about management and filling their pockets

      Employees are pushed to the limit Too many people in charge and not enough of the doers

      Micromanagement and less scope for growth

      free swipes, free pretzel, relatively okayish salary but not competitive at all

      Cons

      1. no future growth- I have seen people on their position for more than 5 years and no promotion yet. 2. No trainign - you end up doing something you never worked on or have no prior knowledge 3. After hours work- You will work after 5 pm because your project manager sent an email at 4.59pm to get report by tonight
