I am not saying anything new by adding to the point that this entire company clearly plays on favoritism and who has been there the longest. Management does not personally find out how people are doing but will rely on the incompetent misinformation given to them by those they promote(friends) who are truly the ones who do no work! There is no job security, as they have had two major lay offs in the past year alone and no one..at all..cares about your growth and will throw work at you, WITH NO TRAINING WHAT SO EVER and without any regard to your current work load! I would NOT recommend anyone applying for a position here.

Low pay, write ups are common, human resources often sides with management no matter what the issue
