Inconsistent communication, lack of core company policies shared across the organization and non existent work/life balance for most.

Management was very messy. Supervisors were not very consistent. Nepotism was rampant in my department. Employees were not treated equally and the rules did not apply to employees equally. New positions were already filled before being posted.
