Decent pay, they offer yearly bonuses, decent PTO accrual, insurance is ok but high deductibles, supposedly open door policy with management but management doesn't listen unless you are friends with them

Cons

Crappy insurance since express scripts took over. Management plays favorites & is a bunch of dramatic women who love to gossip. You will never get a yearly bonus or raise if you don't kiss their butts, even if you have perfect quality control score & are a great worker.
