I truly love what I do and the people I work with.

Cons

Top level management (President and SVPs) unwilling to support all aspects of the business regardless of potential and past revenue making abilities. Makes drastic changes to team staff with no direction r/t moving forward.

UBC does not have a current employee handbook, so they change the rules to their liking as often as they wish. Vacation for the masses is now PTO and use it or lose it--up until 12/2018, we could roll it over. They changed that and told us at the end of the year that it was changing. They did not give advanced notice so they can save money by not having to pay employees for their time off.

Definitely needs better management. It's not a fair place to work if you are different. Equal opportunity doesn't work here.
