Pros

Sadly, I have nothing to offer for this area I would have to write a lie to persuade anyone to work for this company.

Cons

- LOW PAY - No room for advancement - All about who you know vs what you know or have prove - No Open-Door Policies - No Confidentiality - HR is a joke - Directors care more about covering their direct reports than accepting solutions provided by Frontline employees. - Budget is wasted on 1 - 2 person training classes when it could be applied to creating and/or purchasing the technology needed to ensure employees are prepared prior to and during production. - Toxic Culture

Unstable

Pros

I like my coworkers and the job itself, benefits are good.

Cons

Management can be chaotic and patronizing. The company itself feels unstable, like we could get fired at anytime. Large budget cuts and 3 times this year already large layoffs.

Layoffs are plentiful

Pros

The pay is good, benefits are decent.

Cons

Layoffs. The company is more focused on profit margins than on their people. Ever since we were bought out by a private equity firm management's decisions have been about reducing expenses to improve our margins. Layoffs happen, or they make changes to things like the PTO policy getting rid of any PTO carryover.
