      Pros

      Learned a lot of information about collections. I also was able to work as a floater to other departments which allowed me to learn many new policies. Very easy to work with as far as requesting sick days or time off.

      Cons

      Horrible pay. Managers have attitudes. No longevity, Quick turnaround. Unprofessional atmosphere
