      Pros

      UCB collects for the Attorney General of Ohio. I did medical collection for Ohio State Medical Center, James Cancer, and The University of Toledo Medical Center.

      Cons

      They are good people that do their best to comply with the FDCPA. People that owe money never want to pay. One problem was that UCB was 20 miles to and 20 miles back. But I had a great supervisor. Bill was the greatest.
