      training, customers are like family, annual raises, manager strove to go above and beyond to make employees feel special

      Cons

      Some customers felt entitled due to their long standing as customers even if rules said they shouldn't do something, it sometimes put stress on the customer relationship

      Pros

      Have your own desk and extension number. Get a chair to sit on all day and a computer. Never stressful, relaxed environment. Suooortive co workers and boss is awesome about taking time off or requesting sick days. Great work/life balance. Awesome pay starting out, learn many things. Easy to work up.

      Cons

      Paid twice a month.
