They don’t care about their employees

Pros

Good paying, you get to sit in a chair most of the day.

Cons

They would rather fire you and not tell you what you did. Rather then helping to shape you as the professional they want. They also schedule you 13 days in a row, then one day off and 13 days in a row again. You get about two days off a month.

Pros

I've been with the company for about 8 months, I'm very happy here. They allow work from home, no micro-management, hire enough people to do the job.

Cons

Family benefits are extremely expensive, I spend $800 a month on them. Remote login is tedious, has a lot of interruptions, freezing.
