There have been a few blips with payroll. However, the issues are typically resolved and made up for the following pay period. They are undergoing a new system and re-staffing.

Pros

UGT is not just a company, it is a family. From contractors to internal employees, you are not just a number at UGT. They value and respect their employees, always available to assist with any questions or simply lend an ear. This, in my opinion, is what sets UGT apart from the other agencies.

Cons

On the occasion, an issue may arise. UGT takes ownership should anything come up and resolves promptly. Customer service is top.
