Pros

Travel benefits are good whenever you can get someone to cover your shift for travel time.

Cons

Management sucks, there is really not help for employees when you need it. Schedule bidding, not recommended if you a single parent because you can't just leave when your shift is up, your leave time is determined by the flights getting off the ground, the pay is not good at all.

Cons

They don't match your 401K. Health insurance is expensive. They will lead you to the dead end. UGE is new, upper management has no idea what they are doing.
