Dissapointing

Pros

Mobility within the organization: there are 2 hospitals, HomeCare, DME, and a variety of locations and settings. Many lower level employees are very nice people and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

There is preferential treatment of staff in some locations. Providers (ie- Doctors, NP's) are catered to, even when they are not completing their documentation that others rely on. Raises are based on annual schedule, not merit. In some instances there is little clarity who one directly reports to. Some employees text and surf the internet frequently through the day and aren't penalized.
