Pay is decent, that is all

Cons

Hard work and talent not appreciated or recognized; only reward is more work. Employees rewarded for longevity rather than competence. Work\life balance is unheard of. Technology is there but policies are antiquated. Benefits terrible considering employed by healthcare provider.
