Pros

Some great people that work there, the benefits are actually pretty good and there is job security with just about any position.

Cons

Some employees are less than professional (not all, but some), the training is not the greatest-mostly trial-and-error, and there have been some incidents that I've witnessed that would be considered HIPPA violations.

Great culture. Lots of training. Fun people. They have many new advancing projects coming up and try to stay on the cutting edge of health care.

Cons

Located in snowy north east. Winter can be brutal if you need to park a block or so away from the main hospital.
