It’s a company you still sell and collect your clients.

Pros

Being you sell and service, the book of biz is a rich source of prospects. They give you existing clients. You earn 10 percent of what you collect from them. So a 15000 book pays $1500.00 a month to collect. Commissions are very high ! In fact about a 100 percent first year. You will get help and trained, just make sure you ask. Great benefits. Your in your own most days. Great conventions/incentive trips. They sell renters fire insurance.

Cons

The charge back for lapse is forever. They charge back as much as they paid you. They charge back for everything on your book. Life insurance prices are not competitive . Be prepared to see different styles of management .

Pros

You get to help people

Cons

The managers push you to sale to people who don't even need anymore insurance. Even to those who can't afford anymore insurance than what they have already. They also tell you your base rate will be $425 a week then commission. This isn't true. After training. Its all commission based.

Pros

If you are just starting out in the business field and need to gain experience then this job will help you out a lot.

Cons

There is limited growth, and the company does not value their employees. Raises are minimal and the pay you get compared to the all the work you have to do does not even compare.
