Pros

Excellent benefits and pay starting day one. Ability to make your own schedule and pay check. In front of customers daily, no cold calling, easy new clientele. Easiest sale ever. This is a large national company with a small family owned business feel.

Cons

Only forms of payment is mail in, collections or office pays. Need to set it up so customers to make online payments. Agents have lots of (sometimes) unrealistic expectations.

Pros

It is a large company with many locations. This provides the opportunity to further advance your career in the company. Most positions require you to work one on one with customers.

Cons

Some of the locations (agencies) are small and have a high turnover rate due to the rate of pay and workplace moral.
