Pros

Feel like you're helping the kids, good coworkers, direct supervisors helpful, really great health insurance/401k

Cons

Really bad schedule. You never have more than one day off at a time and your personal life will suffer. One weekend off a month only

Pros

Its a decent experience for entry level workers who enjoy working with adolescents who struggle with mental diagnosis. Health dental vision Benefits, 401k, paid sick time, paid vacation.

Cons

The agency is small which you would think would be a pro but unfortunately, turnover is VERY high, they recently "restructured" (fancy word for budget cuts) so some positions completely disappeared i.e. no more Lead Therapist, No program Manager while others gained new "positions" i.e Assistant Director, part time ICC worker etc. They rely heavily on youth counselors but they are the lowest paid and over worked for meager starting pay. The people who seem happiest are PRN... probably because they get to choose their hours. Full time was death mostly because the hours suck and leadership wasn't helpful.
