- Good atmosphere, work environment - Relaxed environment in general, there is little obvious hierarchy - Collegial atmosphere amongst colleagues

Cons

- Politics can be a serious issue for career advancement, It is one reason why some people are unhappy and doesn't seem to be something that can be resolved.

Meet people from all walks of life & different countries and cultures and learn from them. Learn how bureaucracy work at its best.

Cons

The lack of decision making by management is one of the biggest lessons I learned. Staff being treated as shelf items and not taken care off in a very stressful environment.

Cons

selection procedures pre determined and women managers have ruined the system , with very stupid knowledge they lead a team and dump all work to the junior staff
