Love/Hate relationship

Pros

There are opportunities to advance, and there are incentives to stay and progress. There are benefits which include insurance coverage, paid time off and paid federal holidays.

Cons

There are down sides to working here. The hours are very strenuous, and the climate is always an amplified version of the weather outside. These factors can cause high tension levels, and poor attitudes.

UP&S is a good company to work for.

Pros

Plenty of overtime hours available. Opportunity to grow in the company. Many benefits available, including insurances, PTO, and federal holidays.

Cons

The position I held gives no yield to the weather, since I was in a warehouse. The workload can be unpredictable at times.
