Pros

United Rentals values their employees and by being engaged through Workplace platform, surveys, and a variety of other platforms, they continually improve their team's day to day experience. The company continually looks for ways to expand the work/life balance equation by encouraging wellness, inclusion, and participation in the company's processes and growth.

Cons

Working at United Rentals can be intense. By nature, the rental industry is fast-paced and ever-changing. However, United Rentals has a strong history of long-range, strategic planning that offsets most challenges and allows for comprehensive, intelligent handling of unplanned events (like Covid!)
