Pros

Large company that has great healthcare and a focus on the customer and safety. Nationwide so the are plenty of opportunities from coast to coast at all levels of experience.

Cons

Sales to be a focus for upward mobility, without time as a salesperson the climbing of the corporate ladder is limited. Also while being part of a large company can be a pro, the con is you're more of a number.

Pros

Good benefits, well compensated. If you're mobile room for advancement is unlimited.

Cons

Very vertical organization, growth can be hampered easily by poor leadership. Under staffed, long hours are needed to complete tasks and incentive structure is very low.
