Pros

Safety is important here. Great operational staff that gets along and works well together. Pay is comparable to other businesses, not great but not bad.

Cons

Certain positions tend to get stale and no forward movement available. "Luck of the draw" on management, some managers are the best and make it worth any other "cons", and some are not qualified and cannot see through their own egos. Bonuses are "restructured" yearly to avoid paying out as much as the current year. cost of living increase is 3%, this is portrayed as employee raise. no other pay raises are given unless it is initiated from the employee.

Pros

The pay was decent and benefits were average.

Cons

Reliable Onsite (porta-John) division only cares about revenue. They simply could have cared less about safety.
