Pros

Love the culture, we are a big company but you still feel like a part of a great family. Excellent Benefits, 401K plan and the United Compassion Fund

Cons

Sometimes too much work and unable to balance work and personal life

Pros

Recognition of hard work. Family culture. No micro-management. Advancement opportunities.

Cons

Minimal vacation time is offered. Starts at 2 weeks, 3 weeks at 5 years, and maxes out at 4 after 10 years. You can buy a week which is nice though.

Pros

Easy access to manufacturers/reps, all in one spot UR help like HR, and other items, great classes, quest speakers was really good and the region/district break downs really where informative as well. Got to meet teammates from other areas and connect with ones haven't seen in a year or so.

Cons

Lot's and Lot's of walking lol, not really, I cant think of one con. It was a good solid week.
