Pros

Because it is an excellent company and its salaries and benefits are very good.

Cons

Well, in the years that I have been working at UR. I have a couple of suggestions for the company to improve. One is that those of us who are hourly wage earners and have been working for UR for many years, with a lot of professionalism, it is time that they include that salary, and the other is that the Chrismas party be held in places such as restaurants and party venues outside the corporate office.
