Pros

Regardless of the state or location of the company, all of UR's employees are the same. AMAZING and genuine. This company does a great job at hiring employees that demonstrate its values and morals. The employees of United Rentals are genuine, hard-working, and driven. United Rentals is the best company to work for if you are looking to work with people who will stand behind you when you need it and encourage you to keep moving, keep learning, and keep growing!

Cons

Slow position promotion. If you are looking to quickly progress, look elsewhere. This company prides itself on ensuring you learn the ins and outs of each stepping stone. Not necessarily a con, but you earn your keep here! Do the work and you will get recognized in due time.
