Pros

Depending on your worth ethic you can succeed in this company. He got a base pay every two weeks. And a large check which is your commission check for anything you sell and a percentage of rental revenue.

Cons

Worklife balance kind of sucks. The better you are at your job the more people reach out to you at all types of hours. Expect to spend free time trying to sell used equipment you’re not really given the opportunity to do it during normal work hours
