Pros

Great benefits included with job

Cons

Terrible management structure and team with a bunch of old timers. Does not care about their employees as long as you’re not one of their highly favored brown nosers. The better you do, the worse you get treated. Take away accounts after you work 1-2 years with a customer to give to said highly favored leaving you worrying about your bills
