Vacation time and 401k is nice.

Cons

Some of the equipment is not to great, but this is the rental business.

Pros

United Rentals has programs to provide training to cross trains veterans into several meaningful trade occupations. They provides the training and the tools to set us up for success and empower us to get the job done,

Cons

They run a very tight ship with respects to hiring. They don't always have jobs open at every location. They have a stable workforce.

- Above average pay - Great work enviroment - Leaders who have your back - Your voice is heard - Very safety concious - Great Benefits - Diverse and Inclusive company - Love that they hire veterans and are very proud of those that serve and have served. - Very flexible company, they understand life happens and are willing to work with you. - Options to move up within the company, or move to new locations easily, and options for remote work are available with some positions.
