Pros

Overall, great place to work. Especially when your upper level leadership have your back. This was not the case for me, but many other districts have a good situation.

Cons

Not enough equipment to support MANY jobs. Had to get really good at telling the customer "No"...which I hate! Pay took a hit because if you don't have equipment, you can't make the rent...thus you don't get paid. DSM and DM just blow smoke up your %$&@...but their check wasn't affected, so that's easy for them to say.
