Pros

Benefits are really great. Everything else is a sales pitch!

Cons

There is no substance to any of their core values. Their polished image & propaganda to promote that image is in reality the complete opposite of how they treat their current & the reason for such a high turnover rate. They do not value individuality and try to group everyone into sales categories. It is a very political environment meaning if you express concerns or issues for anyone in their popular sect, you will not only be ignored but you will also be targeted & ultimately run off. Currently they are bordering on age discrimination with their hiring practices as they are actively recruiting college graduates & replacing older employees with these new hires. No personal communication with anyone in corporate and you literally have no support if you voice any concerns that isn’t inline with their agenda, which has resulted in a poor product & service to their customers.

Pros

Solid hours, benefits, compensation Some really great people Growth is possible

Cons

To grow you have to either know someone in the in-crowd or hang the moon as you get to know them. You can bring ideas forward that are shut down over and over and then presented to you by your boss 3 weeks later as some grand plan they've concocted. Too many people in positions because they fit the profile for what UR wants in diversity...not necessarily because they do the job. You have people who failed as sales reps holding management positions. You have "clique" favorites that pretty much run the show in some regards.

Pros

It was a lousy paycheck.

Cons

The ISR Role is not a Sales Role. It's more of a Sales Assistant position
