Pros

There really is a lot of potential to make a lot of money. How much you want to make depends on how much work you put in, and what you willing to do to earn business, win the deal, get that 'yes' from the customer.

Cons

At my location there was absolutely no teamwork or feeling of camaraderie. Everyone was out to work or protect themselves and as a result the job was many times harder than it should have been. There was also an overwhelming amount of sexism going on at my location. Rarely that I feel respected at my workplace, and because of that I only lasted 15 months

Pros

Good benefits when you jump through insurance hoops. Pay is comparable to others but overtime is very consistent. Many opportunists to advance from any position.

Cons

More communication between management & workers is needed. Better pay so overtime is not a necessity to survive. No perks, all business no fun.
