Pros

Great benefits (health, dental, 401k match, PTO) A few solid coworkers paid holidays Occasionally free lunch or snacks

Cons

Micromanagement is next-level — every second and call is watched They market the position as hybrid/flexible, but you’re in the office 5 days a week Leadership clearly wants older or long-time employees out to replace them with cheaper hires New hires are set up to fail with insane goals and zero ramp time Constant pressure, unrealistic expectations, and zero support Toxic culture with high turnover and no accountability at the top
